Life as we know it has changed. We've learned new terms, such as Social Distancing and PPE (Protective Personal Equipment). There was a time you only saw people wearing masks and gloves in the hospitals but now we see them in grocery stores and restaurants. We use to shake hands and hug but now, we elbow bump or nod at each other. Over the last few months we've been told to be afraid of touching each other or anything.
Is this really our new normal? If you listen to the media, yes. I don't believe it is. I believe as the Bible says, there is a time and a season for everything. I believe we are in a season of change but I refuse to give into the fear that is being put on all Americans and most of the world. Do I believe Covid-19 is real, yes I do. BUT! I also believe there is a God that is bigger than any illness. I don't believe fear should control us. I believe this will pass.
Giving into fear only brings more fear. If you worry about every thing you touch or who you spoke to that may be sick, you are only bring more fear into your mind. Worry is stressing your body which makes your immunities weaker. Don't give into all the fears but start speaking positivity into your life, speaking health into your body. Life and Death are in the power of the tongue. What are you giving power?
